[00:03:08] What decisions sit here? And what does good judgment look like in this role?
[00:03:13] Now this isn't about micromanaging. It's about making leadership visible so people don't have to guess.
[00:03:21] Delegation moves work, Leadership design creates ownership. And when leadership is designed properly, things begin to change.
[00:03:30] Decisions don't all funnel upward.
[00:03:33] Teams move with more confidence and the leader doesn't feel pulled into everything.
[00:03:38] Team performance improves because expectations are clearer. Team engagement improves because people know where they stand.
[00:03:47] Leadership becomes more stable and more scalable because it's been designed, not improvised. Not because leaders push harder, but because leadership no longer depends on one person holding it all together.
